Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

CoverVet Inc. (“CoverVet,” “we,” “us”) operates cover.vet and related domains, including covervetpractice.com. This policy covers all email sent by CoverVet or on CoverVet’s behalf.

1. No unsolicited advertising

CoverVet prohibits advertising or promoting this web site, or any CoverVet domain, product, or service, through unsolicited bulk email or other unsolicited messages. This prohibition applies to CoverVet and its employees, and to every contractor, affiliate, partner, and other third party. No one is authorized to advertise CoverVet using unsolicited messages, and we do not purchase placement in bulk email sent by others.

2. Email practices

Marketing email we send must identify CoverVet as the sender, use accurate headers and subject lines, include our physical mailing address, include a working unsubscribe link, and honor opt-out requests promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Professional outreach is individually addressed to publicly listed veterinary professionals and practices. We do not send to purchased consumer lists or harvested addresses, and we maintain a suppression list so that anyone who opts out is not contacted again.

3. Transactional email

Account and transactional messages (shift confirmations, payment notices, support replies) are sent only to CoverVet account holders.

4. Reporting

If you believe you received an unwanted message from a CoverVet domain, please report it to hello@cover.vet. We will investigate, and we will suppress your address on request. Violation of this policy by any employee, contractor, or partner is grounds for termination of the relationship.
